Brookline Bank to Serve as 2006-2007 Season Partner for
The Handel and Haydn Society

Brookline, MA, 09/13/06 – Brookline Bank announced that it will serve as a Season Partner for the Handel and Haydn Society’s 2006-2007 season. 

The Handel and Haydn Society’s 2006-2007 season will begin on September 22nd with a performance of Monteverdi: Orfeo at Boston’s Schubert Theatre.  The season, which runs from September through April, will feature nine concerts in total including: Beethoven Symphonies 1 and 2, Mozart Two-Piano Concerto, Handel’s Messiah, Mozart Masterpieces, and Vivaldi and Bach Concertos.

“The Handel and Haydn Society is among the oldest continuing performing arts organizations in the country,” stated Joseph Schmitt, Brookline Bank Vice President of Marketing.  “We are excited to partner with the Handel and Haydn Society to allow our customers, and residents of the Greater Boston area, to enjoy their time-honored performances.”
