William S. Henning Joins Brookline Bank

as Vice President, Relationship Manager

Brookline, MA, 08/02/06 – Brookline Bank announced that William S. Henning has joined the Bank and will serve as Vice President, Relationship Manager within the Bank’s Commercial Lending division.  He will be based in the Bank’s Salem Street, Medford office.

Mr. Henning will be responsible to further develop relationships with small business clients within the Greater Boston area.

Mr. Henning has over seven years of Commercial Banking experience.  He most recently served as a Vice President of Commercial Lending with the First National Bank of Ipswich.  He has also held various Commercial and Retail Banking positions with Citizens Bank.

Mr. Henning holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in General Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.  He is also a graduate of the Citizens Bank Loan Officer Development Program.

Mr. Henning currently resides in Salem, Massachusetts with his spouse.  He is a member of the Standing Committee of the First Church in Salem.
