Brookline Bank Appoints Assistant Treasurers
Brookline, MA, 10/18/05 - Brookline Bank announced that the following individuals have been appointed to the position of Assistant Treasurer: Marylou Angelo, James Considine, Susan A. O’Keefe, Mary Pullo, Katerina Semizoglou, and Steven K. Taylor.
Ms. Angelo, of Roslindale, Massachusetts, will continue to serve as the Branch Manager of the Bank’s Newton Centre office. Ms. Angelo joined Brookline Bank in 1995 and has held similar positions with Bay Bank, Norfolk County Trust and Direct Federal Credit Union. In addition to her duties at the Bank, Ms. Angelo also serves as a board member of the Roslindale Parade Committee, Inc.
Mr. Considine, of Medford, Massachusetts, will continue to serve as the Branch Manager of the Bank’s Salem Street, Medford office. Mr. Considine joined Brookline Bank in 2005 with the acquisition of Medford Co-operative Bank. He has held similar positions at Depositors Trust Company and Concord Co-operative Bank.
Ms. O’Keefe, of Lexington, Massachusetts, will continue to serve as the Branch Manager of the Bank’s Lexington office. Ms. O’Keefe joined Brookline Bank in 2005 with the acquisition of Medford Co-operative Bank. She has held similar positions at Winchester Savings Bank, and Home Owners Federal Savings and Loan. In addition to her duties at the Bank, Ms. O’Keefe also serves as President of the Inner Wheel Club of Lexington, Treasurer of the Lexington Retailers Association, and is a member of the Lexington Friends of the Council on Aging and the Lexington and Bedford Chambers of Commerce.
Ms. Pullo, of Medford, Massachusetts, will continue to serve as the Branch Manager of the Bank’s Medford Square office. Ms. Pullo joined Brookline Bank in 2005 with the acquisition of Medford Co-operative Bank. She has held similar positions with Citizens Bank and Medford Bank and has served as a Teller Trainer with the Bank for Savings. Ms. Pullo is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
Ms. Semizoglou, of Brighton, Massachusetts, will continue to serve as the Branch Manager of the Bank’s Longwood/St. Mary’s office. Ms. Semizoglou joined Brookline Bank in 2000 and has held similar positions with MetroWest Bank and TD BankNorth. On top of her duties at the Bank, Ms. Semizoglou is a member of the Brookline Chamber of Commerce, and is active in the local Greek community. Ms. Semizoglou is currently attending Boston University.
Mr. Taylor, of Medford, Massachusetts, will continue to serve as the Branch Manager of the Bank’s Arlington office. Mr. Taylor joined Brookline Bank in 2005 with the acquisition of Medford Co-operative Bank. He has also served as a Managing Director with Loews Theatres. Mr. Taylor holds an Associates Degree from the New England College of Finance and currently attends the University of Maryland’s Online College.
