to Protect Your Accounts
Brookline, MA, 12/04/06 – Brookline Bank has a variety of account information security measures to keep your personal banking information secure and protect your accounts. The free measures enable you to use your Brookline Bank debit card worry-free and bank online with added security.
MasterCard® SecureCode® allows Brookline Bank customers to register a private secure code, like a PIN number, in order to provide an extra layer of security while making purchases at participating online merchants. This free feature is easy to use, and also helps ensure that you are not shopping at a counterfeit site. Click here for more information or to enroll.
Brookline Bank’s FraudWatch Plus helps ensure that fraudulent activity is not occurring with your debit card number. The service monitors all your debt card transactions twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and calls you if transactions seem out of the ordinary.
In addition, we also offer Enhanced Login Security on our Online Banking site. Enhanced Login Security uses Multifactor Authentication to provide an additional layer of security while using the Brookline Bank Online Banking system.
