(NASDAQ: BRKL) (the “Company”) today announced net income of $16.4 million, or $0.18 per basic and diluted share, and operating earnings after tax (non-GAAP) of $17.0 million, or $0.19 per basic and diluted share, for the second quarter of 2024, compared to net income and operating earnings after tax (non-GAAP) of $14.7 million, or $0.16 per basic and diluted share, for the first quarter of 2024, and net income of $21.9 million, or $0.25 per basic and diluted share, and operating earnings after tax (non-GAAP) of $23.2 million, or $0.26 per basic and diluted share, for the second quarter of 2023.
