Brookline Bank Leaders to Serve as Mentors at Risk Management Association Event

BOSTON, MA, May 6, 2024 – Brookline Bank announced today that SVP & CRA Officer Jane Adler, SVP & Director of Corporate Credit Policy Maureen McCarthy, and VP & Senior Credit Officer Monica Paez will participate as mentors in the upcoming Risk Management Association (RMA) New England Chapter Women’s Affinity Group mentoring and networking event.

In the style of speed networking, they will mentor and coach other women from across the financial sector, and share experiences from their careers on how to achieve success.

“Mentoring other women in the financial services industry has been a passion of mine for a long time,” said Jane Adler. “We all need to work on breaking down barriers and put women in the position to have leadership opportunities, and that starts with mentoring.”

“Each generation learns from what has gone before, sometimes expanding and amplifying, and sometimes finding something new and even better,” said Maureen McCarthy. “Before I go, it’s time to sow ideas to help another grow. Hopefully lessons learned and shared through mentoring will help to excite, expedite, and elevate those who follow.”

The RMA event will take place on Wednesday, May 22nd from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm at Blue Cross Blue Shield, 101 Huntington Avenue in Boston.
